الملخص:
يتجسد دور الإعلام التربوي في ربط الطالب بما يجري حوله من أحداث وقضايا معاصرة ، حيث يضفي قوة وحيوية لدى الطلاب الذين يعيشون هذه الأحداث في أسرهم ، ويسمعونها في المذياع ، ويشاهدونها في برامج التلفزيون ، ويقرؤونها في عناوين الصحف، إضافة إلى الحاجة لوسيلة إعلامية تعليمية لها تأثير کبير يصل إلى جميع فئات الطلاب ، وهذه الوسيلة هي إحدى أدوات الإعلام التربوي سواء الإذاعة المدرسية أو الصحافة المدرسية. ويعد تعزيز قيم المواطنة لدى الطلاب من أهم سبل مواجهة تحديات القرن المعاصر، والرکيزة الأساسية للمشارکة الايجابية والفعالة في التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية.
استخدمت الدراسة الحالية المنهج الوصفي لوصف وتحليل دور الإعلام التربوي في تعزيز قيم المواطنة لدى طلاب قطاع غزة، واعتمدت الدراسة الحالية لتحقيق أهدافها على أداتين اثنتين: هما اختبار المواقف، والاستبانة وسوف تقدم في صورتين الأولى للمعلمين والثانية للطلاب وذلک في المدارس الثانوية بقطاع غزة.
وقد توصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج، أهمها: اتفق أفراد عينة الدراسة معلمي ومديري المدارس الثانوية، والطلاب أن أهم متطلبات تفعيل دور الإعلام التربوي في تعزيز قيم المواطنة لطلاب المدرسة الثانوية بقطاع غزة من خلال
 
ربط البرامج المقدمة في وسائل الإعلام التربوي (وخاصة الإذاعة والصحافة المدرسية)بالواقع الفلسطيني الذي يعيشه الطالب.

Abstract:
It embodied the educational role of the media in connecting the student what is going on around him of events and contemporary issues, which imparts strength and vitality of the students who live these events in their families, and they hear on the radio, and watching it on TV programs, and they read in the headlines, as well as the need for means of media education have an impact big up to all categories of students, and this is one of the means of educational media tools, whether the school radio or school of journalism. The promotion of the values ​​of citizenship among students of the most important ways to meet the challenges of the modern century, the basic positive and effective participation in social, economic and political development and the substrate.
It used the current study, the descriptive method to describe and analyze the role of educational media in promoting the values ​​of citizenship with the Gaza Strip, students, and adopted the current study to achieve their goals on two: two test positions tools, and the resolution will be presented in the first two teachers and the second for students in secondary schools in the Gaza Strip.
The study found a number of findings, including: the study sample teachers and managers of high school members agreed, and students that the most important activation of the role of educational media in promoting citizenship for high school students in the Gaza Strip values ​​through programs offered in the means of educational media linking requirements (especially radio school and the press) Palestinian reality experienced by the student.
